We Book You In

Your session date is confirmed with a 50% deposit. We send a preparation guide covering what to wear, what to bring, how to get to the studio, and what to expect on the day.

2–3 DAYS BEFORE YOUR SESSION

Your Session Day

You arrive to a warm welcome from our studio manager. Refreshments ready. Your playlist playing. The studio set and lit for your session. Then we create something extraordinary together.

Everything you need
to know before you book.

  • Tonya Alexis Studios is located in Nassau, New Providence, Bahamas. When you book we send you the exact address and directions. We also offer on-location sessions at Nassau beaches, corporate offices, and event venues across the island.

  • When you book we send a full styling guide tailored to your session type. Generally we recommend solid colors over patterns, fitted over baggy, and clothes that make you feel confident. These are simple tips we offer to help coordinate outfits so everyone complements each other beautifully.

  • Standard delivery is within 48 hours for most sessions. Rush Delivery (add $75) delivers your fully edited gallery within 24 hours. Corporate Team Days and large events are delivered within 5 business days. Same-day delivery is available for event headshot stations.

  • Absolutely, we encourage it. We have a dedicated styling area in the studio. You can arrive with your makeup done or we can coordinate with our trusted Nassau beauty partners to have a professional makeup artist ready for you. Ask about our Makeup add-on at booking. This incurs an additional cost.

  • Cancellations made more than 72 hours before your session can reschedule at no charge. Cancellations within 48 hours of your session forfeit the deposit but may be rescheduled once at no additional cost. No-shows forfeit the full deposit.

  • We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance for portrait and headshot sessions. Corporate events and Team Days should be booked 4–6 weeks out. Holiday Mini sessions fill fast — book as early as possible for the Christmas holiday.

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your session date. The remaining balance is due on the day of your session. We accept bank transfer, cash, and major payment methods. For corporate events the full invoice is sent with net 14 payment terms.

  • Yes — we are available for Family Island sessions, destination events, and international travel. A travel fee applies for sessions outside of New Providence. Contact us for a custom quote for Family Island or international bookings.

  • Yes — gift certificates are available for any session or dollar amount. They are delivered digitally. Perfect for birthdays, Christmas, Mother's Day, graduations, and any occasion where you want to give someone the image they deserve. Purchase online, email or call us to order.
