FAQs

  • Yes. A non-refundable 50% retainer is required to secure your date and time. Your session is officially booked only after the retainer is paid and your confirmation has been sent. The remaining balance is due by the deadline listed on your invoice.

  • We accept bank transfers, cash, and in some cases online payments. Bank details will be provided once your session is confirmed.

  • Images are delivered through an online gallery where you can download, share, and purchase prints.

  • Proof galleries are delivered within 3 days following your session. Once you’ve selected your favorites, standard retouching and final delivery are completed within 3–5 business days, depending on the volume of images and current studio schedule. Rush options may be available upon request.

  • Yes. We can shoot at your workplace, or an outdoor location. An on-location setup fee may apply.
